Therapeutic properties of Mabthera 500 mg:

It used in the treatment of Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Product used in chronic lymphocytic leukemia’s treatment.

Rheumatoid Arthritis in short RA combination with methotrexate.

Systemic vasculitis of small and medium-sized vessels also known as also known as Wegener’s granulomatosis or GPA.

Vasculitis of small vessels also known as MPA.

Side Effects:

Fever.

Allergic reactions for example itching, hives.

Fatigue, dizziness also known as asthenia.

Feeling sick.

Headache.

Swelling of the tongue or throat.

Difficulty in breathing as a result of swelling of the tongue or throat.

Runny nose.

Vomiting as a result of nausea.

Palpitation.

Heart Attack.

Decrease in thrombocyte count.

Dosage:

Please especially consult your doctor for the best dosage.

Tips:

It should only be administered through the vein reserved for it, by intravenous infusion alone, in an environment where all resuscitation facilities are fully available and especially under the close supervision of a specialist physician.

Do not take product while you have serious inflammation.

Dose adjustment does not require for patients who have liver or renal insufficiency.

You should use an effective contraception method up to 12 months after your treatment.

Especially not recommended for use in children and adolescents (under 18 years of age).
