Therapeutic properties:

It used in treatment of primary carnitine deficiency.

Also it used treatment of secondary carnitine deficiency.

Side effects:

Mild and transient gastrointestinal complaints such as nausea, diarrhea, abdominal cramps.

Vomiting as a reult of nausea.

Body odor similar to fish smell as a result of high dose.

Muscle weakness.
