Product contains 80 mg of Telmisartan and 1.25 mg of Hydrochlorothiazide.

These are red and white colored, oval, bi-layered, 6.2 mm thick, company logo and “H8” code printed tablets.

Therapeutic properties:

Treatment of high blood pressure also known as hypertension. It should be used in patients whose blood pressure cannot be adequately controlled with telmisartan alone.

Prevention of some Cardiovascular events for example coronary heart disease, stroke or peripheral artery disease.

Side Effects:

Insomnia.

Dizziness.

Low blood pressure.

Shortness of breath.

Abdominal pain as a result of diarrhea, indigestion, gas.

Allergic reactions for example excessive sweating, itching, skin rash.

Muscle spasms, muscle pain.

Renal disorder.

Chest pain.

Weakness.

Susceptibility to infection for example cystitis, upper respiratory tract infection.

Dyspnea and cough.

Hypokalemia as a result of diuretic effect.

Dosage:

Recommended dose is 1 tablet per day.

Please especially consult your doctor for the best dosage.

Tips:

Do not use product while you have severe liver insufficiency.

Use MICARDIS carefully while you have renal diseases.

Use MICARDIS carefully while you have heart disease or diabetes

MICARDIS can be taken on a full or an empty stomach.

MICARDIS contains sorbitol.
