Product contains 20 mg of Esomeprazole.

Therapeutic indications:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease in short GERD.

Inflammation and pain in the esophagus as a result of reflux.

Symptoms such as heartburn and vomiting as a result of reflux.

Symptoms such as pain or discomfort in the upper part of the stomach or abdominal cavity.

Ulcers for example stomach, duodenal.

Bacterial infection called Helicobacter pylori.

Prevention of recurrent bleeding in the stomach or duodenal ulcers.

Hormone-producing tumors also known as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Because that causes excessive acid formation in the stomach and secretion of excess acid in the stomach.

Side Effects:

Headache.

Flatulence.

Abdominal pain as a result of diarrhea or constipation.

Flushing, itching, swelling as a result of allergic reactions.

Tingling.

Numbness, dizziness.

Desert mouth.

Insomnia.

Dosage:

The recommended dose is 20-40 mg per day.

Treatment duration is 4-8 weeks.

Please especially consult your doctor for the best dosage.

Tips:

NEXIUM can be taken on an empty stomach.

NEXIUM should not be taken more than 20mg/day while you have liver insufficiency.

If your stool is black and you have bleeding points, consult your doctor immediately.

NEXIUM contains sucrose.
